“Around 7pm, this ‘beer garden’ comes alive with many who seek to tao liang.
“But it was clearly dinner time for people, and they found it hard to locate seats and tables to have their meals.
“There were uncles and aunties, all drinking beer. Some of them get drunk and talk loudly.
“As you know, when you drink beer, you would usually occupy the tables for a very long time, so those who came to the hawker centre to have their dinner were disappointed.”
“Maybe 7pm is a bit too early to start drinking.”
