In an email to STOMP today (Aug 22), the STOMPer says:
“These pictures were taken at Choa Chu Kang Park at Choa Chu Kang Dr. The green coloured sculpture looks attractive from afar.
“The toy train with wheels at the children’s playground is very popular with kids around 3-4 years old. They pretend to be drivers, ticket inspectors and passengers. Most of them are supervised by their maids or parents.
“I spotted an active squirrel running and jumping across the trees in search of fruits and nuts as it was hungry.
“On the edge of the forest, I saw this monitor lizard and it beat a hasty retreat when it saw me snapping its picture.”
